Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 28 April 2021 di SMK Negeri 1 Beringin Kabupaten Deliserdang. Kegiatan ini mendapat sambutan yang sangat antusias dari pihak sekolah. Kagiatan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga dan Kesehatan Bina Guna, dr. Hj. Liliana Puspa Sari, S.Pd., M.Kes. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dalam kegiatan ini adalah ingin melihat bagaimana sarana dan prasarana di SMK Negeri 1 Beringin untuk menjadi model dalam perawatan sarana dan prasarana umum di STOK BINA GUNA. Selain itu pemilihan pelatihan cabang olahraga dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk persiapan dalam menghadapi PON 2021, sehingga bibit-bibit atlet petanque di Sumatera Utara dapat bersaing secara maksimal.
